I was hunting around for a few things and sunnyplanet.com actually had most of them in stock, which was a relief because a couple other sites were totally sold out.
One item was marked as low stock, so I ordered it quickly and the checkout went through without any issues. I do wish the availability info was a little clearer though, because if I start running into surprise out-of-stock messages, I’ll probably just shop somewhere else.

Overall, it was a good experience. Not perfect, but I’d use them again, especially when I’m trying to find something that’s hard to get.

I ordered a set of garden lights and was watching for the usual mismatch pattern, color a bit different, size not quite right, photos making it look nicer than it is. But this time, the product page was actually accurate. The finish, the color, even the cable length all lined up with what was shown and described.
The box was plain and straightforward, and nothing inside felt overhyped or unexpected. I tend to notice when shops exaggerate little things, so it stood out to me that Sunnyplanet kept it true to reality. Good experience overall, and I’d order from them again

They did get back to me in the end but the replies were slow. It was alright just not the quickest support experience.

The tracking for my order was surprisingly accurate the whole time. Updates came in quickly, and the delivery date was actually right, which is always a fun little miracle.
